To enhance multi-channel service delivery and to ensure the timely and effective resolution of Consumer complaints, NEPRA has launched a mobile application "NEPRA Asaan Approach".
This application aims to provide Pakistan's electricity consumers with an easy and convenient way to register and track the status of their urgent nature of complaints through their mobile phones.
