Chairman, etc. to be public servant.-
The Chairman,
members, staff, experts, consultants, advisors and other employees of the
Authority, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the
provisions of this Act or the rules and regulations, shall be deemed to be
public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Pakistan Penal Code,
1860 (Act XLVof 1860)
