Regulations.-
(1)
The Authority may, by notification in the official Gazette, make regulations,
not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules, for the carrying
out of its functions under this Act.
(2)
Without prejudice to the foregoing powers, such regulations may provide for
appointment of its officers, members of staff and such other persons and the
terms and conditions of their service.
