37. Review of public
sector projects
(1) For the
purposes of coordination, in the case of any public sector project, the advice
of the Authority shall be sought by the agency planning to undertake such
projects.
(2)
The provision of sub-section (1) shall not apply to public sector projects which
do not supply electricity to the national grid.
