33. Organizational matters
Subject to the procedures
established by the Authority under this Act, the Authority may, in the public
interest, with or without modifications, approve the following activities by a
licensee for generation, transmission and distribution, namely:
(a) the undertaking of a
merger or a major acquisition or sale of facilities;
(b) the expansion of the
licensee's business activities; and
(c) the undertaking of a
re-organization of the licensee's business structure.
