Licensees to be companies.-
Except WAPDA, SHYDO or any
other person specially exempted by the Authority, a generation, transmission or
distribution licence shall not be granted to any person unless it is a company
registered Under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of' 1984).
