23. Sale of electric power to
other distribution companies.-
A distribution company may sell
electric power to other distribution companies and distribute electric power
sold by generation companies to other distribution companies or to bulk power
consumers within its service territory, subject to the provisions of section 22,
in accordance with the rates, charges and other terms and conditions of service
for Such sales approved by the Authority.
