(a) provide transmission and
inter-connection services to the national grid company and to others. wherever necessary,
at such rates, charges and terms and conditions as the Authority may determine;
(b) purchase inter-connection
service from the national grid company as may be necessary and to connect its facilities
to the national transmission grid at the rates, charges and terms and conditions
determined by the Authority,
(c) make its transmission
facilities available for operation by the national grid company consistent with applicable
instructions established by such company,
(d) follow the performance
standards laid down by the Authority for transmission of electric power, including safety,
health and environmental protection instructions issued by the Authority or any
Governmental agency-,
(e) make public the tariff
specifying the rates, charges and other terms and conditions of service for transmission
and inter-connection services determined by the Authority; and
(f) maintain accounts in
accordance with the manner and procedure prescribed by the Authority.
